Class Information

  • Our signature class.

    A 60 minute session focused on our strength and accessory components, finishing off with our conditioning piece.

    We work in 8 week strength blocks, designed by our in house Exercise Physiologist to be progressive, sustainable and scalable for all fitness levels.

    Capped at 16 people.

  • Expect to sweat - solo or with a partner!

    A 60-minute session made up of functional strength training, high-intensity interval workouts, and endurance exercises to prepare you for the ultimate fitness challenge.

    Whether you're training for a HYROX competition or just looking to improve your fitness, this class will push you to your limits while fostering a supportive, team-oriented atmosphere. Suitable for all fitness levels — scaling options are available!

  • Get ready to put it all out there for your team.

    A 60-minute session designed for all fitness levels to challenge your endurance, determination, and teamwork.

    Every Saturday is your chance to take on our high-energy, high-intensity partner session—pushing hard, lifting each other up, and having a little fun along the way. And now, with crèche available, parents can train together while the little ones are looked after.

    Capped at 24 people.

    We are excited to bring your our newest class.

    A 60 minute circuit styled session utilising both free and machine weights in an attempt to.. yep you guessed it, build some muscle.

    Our targeted strength and muscle endurance circuits are divided into muscle group splits, designed to maximise your results.

  • The inverse of our strength and conditioning class.

    A 60 minute session where you can expect to see a variety of movements designed to challenge strength, fitness, coordination and your mindset.

    Challenge yourself with a 30 minute conditioning component before we move through our strength and accessory work for the remainder of our session.

  • Think Strength, Power & Precision.

    A 60-minute strength session designed to build total-body strength, power, and technical skill. Combining traditional strength training with Olympic lifting, this session focuses on developing raw power, control, and efficiency in movement.

    Don’t expect the heart rate to get too high, but do expect our professionally crafted program to transform your strength, explosiveness, and lifting technique.

  • Our signature youth strength and conditioning class.

    A 60 minute session designed by our in house exercise physiologist for our youth to learn the basics of safe weight training.

    We provide a supportive and inclusive environment that meets and challenges each youth at their level; building confidence and resilience. Expect your kids to come away feeling empowered, uplifted and out of breath.

    Capped at 12 youths.
